Your Responsibilities Produce Precision Components : Manufacture high-quality parts efficiently and accurately to meet production requirements.
Programming Expertise : Create programs and production methods for new parts.
Machine Operation : Set up and operate CNC turning machines with FANUC controls.
Inspection & Quality Control : Perform first-off inspections using gauges and measuring instruments to ensure components meet exact specifications.
Team Contribution : Support production planning, material ordering, and day-to-day workshop operations.
Continuous Improvement : Maintain a clean, organized work environment and actively contribute to ISO9001 processes.
What Were Looking For Strong experience with CNC turning machines and programming.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with both imperial and metric dimensions.
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering and machining principles.
Ability to self-check and inspect your work before passing to the next stage of production.
A team-oriented, self-motivated professional who is reliable and meets deadlines consistently.
