Cnc Machinist

Due to a sustained increase in orders, we are looking to take on someone to predominatly produce prototype and small batches of parts on our Hurco CNC mills using OneCNC to produce programs.

This is a varied role taking parts from drawing to completion, arranging surface finishing where required and carrying out inspection where needed
We are open to this being a part-time or full-time role, but are looking for someone based close to our workshop in South Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities Using OneCNC/Hurco Winmax to produce programs for parts.

Design/manufacture of jigs and tooling where required.

Set/Operate Hurco CNC mills
Maintain machines/equipment where needed.

Complete checks of metalworking fluids as outlined in company processes.

Work in a safe manner at all times.

Manual turning where required.

Qualifications Apprenticeship, preferred but not essential.

Experience of producing prototype and small batches of precision parts.

This is an open advert where we don't have a fixed idea of someone in mind.
As a small two man shop, we're looking for someone to fit in with us and the type of work we do.
