What You Will Do: Conduct inspection of components within the metrology department using CMM, Faro Arm, and various inspection tools such as Vernier Callipers, micrometres, and dial indicators.
Provide measurement support and inspection reports across the facility.
Complete device and component verification and validation to support development and manufacturing activities.
Adopt best practices in all dimensional verification activities and lead Measurement Study Analysis.
Manage the calibration and verification of equipment.
Support the Metrology Leader and Quality Manager with additional duties as required.
What You Will Bring: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Metrology environment, preferably within the automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries.
Proficiency in CNC CMM program platforms, specifically PcDmis, and Faro Arm with Polyworks.
Competency in using gauges/tools and interpreting CMM reports.
Knowledge of analytical techniques such as SPC, QDAS, MiniTab, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
A flexible attitude, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
