CMM Programmer Salary and Hours £36,000 42,000 (negotiable dependant on experience call Scott to discuss) Working hours 7.30am 4.30pm Monday Thursday & 7.30am 12.30pm Frida Commutable From: Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Rugby, Nuneaton, Hinckley CMM Programmer Candidate Requirements It is essential that the CMM Programmer has Mitutoyo machines experience.
Proficiency with MCOSMOS programming system.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in machining and assembly of components industries is preferred.
CMM Programmer Key Responsibilities The CMM Programmer will develop and execute CMM programs using the MCOSMOS software.
Perform precise measurements and inspections of components using Mitutoyo CMM equipment.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate measurements.
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
Analyse measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
