Role: Cluster Revenue Manager Location: Slough Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £50,000 per annum (Pro Rata) Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular hotel group in Slough.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Cluster Revenue Manager to start immediately for a 4month placement working 24 hours per week over 3 or 5 days.

Develop and implement revenue management strategies for the cluster of hotels to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability Analyze market trends, demand drivers, and competitive set performance to make pricing and inventory decisions that drive revenue growth Collaborate with hotel general managers, sales teams, and corporate stakeholders to align revenue strategies with business goals and market conditions Monitor and adjust pricing, availability, and distribution strategies based on demand forecasts, booking patterns, and market dynamics Conduct regular performance reviews and revenue meetings with hotel teams to track progress, identify opportunities, and address challenges Utilize revenue management systems, tools, and reports to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue management to enhance strategies and results What is needed?
