As a Cluster Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.
The Cluster F&B Manager reports directly to the General Manager and Senior Operations Manager and acts on their behalf in their absence.
Will supervise for the entire operation of the 2 (or 3) hotels of different brands as if it were an integrated hotel unit.
Together with Senior Operations Manager is to enforce standards and guarantee a consistently high quality guest experience in an extremely busy environment.
