This role will be working alongside the Global Club Marketing Squad and local markets to improve lifetime value (LTV) and engagement of customers as well as deliver world-class sales tools to our internal teams to sell more effectively. You will be responsible for:
Club Retention Campaigns:Support on the development of existing customer campaign strategies and collaborate with the campaigns team and data team to identify opportunities to lift LTV, improve engagement through showcasing the value of Group Exercise.Evolve the Club marketing program to deliver our Marketing Studio promise by creating resources and assets to enable and support successful execution of onboarding and retention of club partners.Lead the Club/Release Event strategy and relevant support to drive engagement with Club partners and their members.Work closely with the Digital Platform Engagement Team on the product roadmap across Connect, Marketing Studio & Learning Studio.Sales Tools (CX) Development & Enablement:Support on enabling and unleashing our CX teams with regularly updated content, insights and sales tools which positively impact Club Growth & retention conversations.Support on the alignment with sales training teams to ensure proper use of sales tools and alignment on campaign messaging in market and ensure these are accessible.Global brand guardian within our sales resources ensuring a consistent and effective Les Mills story is being told.Support on the integration of all Club product & programming (live, Virtual, Content, LM+ for clubs) into CX world (assets, channels, training).Skills and Experience You'll Need:3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B space or with a focus on club customers in the fitness industry.Experience creating, project managing and implementing proven successful marketing campaigns.Experience working with and supporting sales teams.Customer-centric mindset focused on solving partners' business problems.Able to collaborate with digital, design, sales and product teams.Demonstrates strong listening, information gathering and skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes.Energized by building strong relationships and customer-facing activity.Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational needs.About Les Mills:At Les Mills, unlocking and amplifying that inner drive to achieve our goals is something we're not shy to say we're great at.
