Cloud Security Engineer

One of our Edinburgh-based clients requires a Cloud Security Engineer to join their security team. The team itself is relatively small, thus you will be working directly with the technical Head of Security in this role.
As an Engineer, you will be responsible for daily support, troubleshooting, and development, covering everything from Endpoint Detection to managing AWS platforms from a security perspective.
Skills Required: Experience of engineering/admin within AWS Strong security knowledge across DLP, Vulnerability Management, CASB, and Endpoint. 3+ years working in a dedicated Cyber Security role within an enterprise-level organization (500+ users) Skills in Incident Response, Splunk, alert tuning, security investigations, use case development, and DLP This will be a permanent role which will be hybrid in Edinburgh, so a willingness to travel to Edinburgh a few times a month is essential. We are looking for candidates who are Scotland-based and authorized to work here.
