Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Peaple Talent have partnered with a market leading retail and ecommerce organisation based in Swindon who are currently looking to recruit a Cloud & Infrastructure manager on a permanent basis to start ASAP.
You will be responsible for leading the Cloud and Infrastructure team along with support the digital transformation and growth across the business by Providing technological excellence and guidance for the technology strategy of the business.
You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate systems, policies and processes ensuring the Cloud and Infrastructure team is held accountable by hitting measurable service objectives whilst keeping risk, availability and costs within an agreed target.
Focus on coaching, mentoring.
Building Personal development plans with the team members and support them to achieve their goals and objectives.
Regular goals and performance reviews.
Management of suppliers, contractors and consultants Handle and establishes priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of a Cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
With focus on quality of service and scalability and efficiencies Provide 3rd line support and guidance Hands on with infrastructure, software and systems.
Enterprise hardware and networking products ~ Enterprise software such as Hyper-V and VMware ~ Willingness to travel and work overtime/weekends with little notice ~
