What You Will Be Doing Provide technical development and Level 3 operation support, ensuring smooth deployment and updates.
Deploy, automate, manage, and maintain AWS/Azure cloud-based production systems.
Oversee the creation, release, and configuration of production systems, ensuring their reliability and efficiency.
Conduct system troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.
Recommend architecture and process improvements to enhance system performance.
Define and deploy systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on AWS/Azure platforms.
Design, maintain, and manage tools for automating operational processes.
Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues promptly.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs for APIs and micro-services.
Support testing cycles, ensuring that defects are resolved efficiently.
Work on automating and improving development and release processes.
Participate in project planning and management decisions to ensure successful project execution.
What We're Looking For Excellent hands-on experience with Python, Linux Shell, Databases, Web services, REST, Nginx, Prometheus, Kubernetes (K8s), Azure AKS, AWS EKS, DevOps Pipeline, Loki, and ELK.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of demonstrating initiative with solid problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong experience in Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
Previous experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
Preferred Skills Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
Broad understanding of data protection, encryption, and key management.
Familiarity with deployment tools like IntelliJ IDEA and JIRA.
Broad understanding of Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Experience working with offshore development teams.
Proven experience in creating highly automated infrastructures.
Good knowledge of Python, Java, and cross-platform development frameworks.
