We are seeking a Junior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies, helping to deploy, maintain, and support our software solutions on both our own and our customers' AWS infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Deployment: Set up and deploy our software in AWS cloud environments using Terraform and Ansible.Incident Management: Triage, review, and escalate customer alerts, incidents, and service requests to ensure timely resolution.Service Level Management: Ensure all alerts, incidents, and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.Knowledge Base Development: Create and maintain troubleshooting articles for alerts, incidents, and service requests.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support for our products and services.Continuous Learning: Develop your skills in our product software, AWS technologies, Terraform, and Ansible.
