About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs, including neurodiversity and trauma.

You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality therapeutic services that meet the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities To assess and develop therapeutic plans for individuals with complex needs, incorporating systemic and formulation-based approaches.
To deliver high-quality therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the evolving needs of each individual.
To work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve shared goals.
Requirements A relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration.
Substantial experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults and children with intellectual disabilities and autism.
The ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and resolve conflicts sensitively.
Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
Experience of collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery and project work.
