Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Overton School in the West Midlands.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will possess experience of working with children and young people who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, as well as additional needs such as complex trauma or mental health requirements.
You will be responsible for holding a speech and language therapy caseload, contributing to staff training and consultation, and providing information and support to colleagues, commissioners, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities Holding a speech and language therapy caseload and delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils.
Contributing to staff training and consultation, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.
Providing information and support to colleagues, commissioners, and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
Registration with the HCPC and RCSLT.
Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, particularly in school environments.
Proven ability to work with children and young people who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, as well as additional needs.
