Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with sites across our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for service users who present with complex profiles of need as a result of learning disabilities, Autism, and other types of neurodivergence, trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities Clinically lead the team Holding a therapy caseload Working collaboratively with sites across Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area D Delivering bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for service users with complex needs Contributing to staff training and consultation Required Qualifications and Experience We are looking for a candidate with a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
Essential qualifications include clear and concise report writing and experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
A full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle are also required.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
