Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Team Manager to lead our therapy team at Roxby House in Scunthorpe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of therapists, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs.
A recognised degree in occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, or psychotherapy is essential, along with valid professional registration and membership of a relevant body.
As a Clinical Team Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Registered Managers and Locality Clinical Lead to achieve outstanding outcomes for our service users.
