Have a better worklife balance and come and workfor Outcomes First Group!Job Title: Lead ClinicianLocation: Belmont Secondary School, Rawtenstall, North WestSalary: £50,000 - £60,000, (dependent on experience)Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pmContract: Permanent, 52 weeksEssential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle requiredAbout the roleWe are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team atour Belmont Secondary School based in the North West.
The postholder will workcollaboratively with both the school's Senior Leadership team and the LocalityClinical Lead.
The role will be split between clinically leading the team andholding a therapy caseload.
The postholder will be responsible forcoordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team.Working collaboratively with the site, you will deliver bespoke assessment andintervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles ofneed as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmentaltrauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
You will also beresponsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsiteclinical team.You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full supportof our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growingClinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training and consultation.Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilientand enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability tomake decisions, as well as manage their own workload and supervise others.This is an exciting and innovative time for the Clinical Team so please get intouch to find out more.Working within overall framework of the service policies and procedures, youwill be supporting the integration of the specific service in the day to dayrunning of each provision i.e., standardised assessments and clinicalservices.

* Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g.
HCPC, RCOT, RCSLT * Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
* Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities * Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team * Ability to work independently * Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred * Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicleFor further information on this role please refer the Job Description andPerson Specification attached.
