Clinical Team Manager For Special Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned provider of special needs education, shaping the future of vulnerable individuals in the UK.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will lead our clinical team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services to students with complex profiles of need.
You will be responsible for coordinating line management, supervising a team, and contributing to staff training and consultation.
About the Role: This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a therapeutic approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions while managing workload.
You will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the clinical team, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality outcomes Coordinate line management, supervision, and professional development for team members Contribute to staff training and consultation, sharing expertise and best practices Work closely with the Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead to achieve strategic objectives Maintain a nurturing environment, prioritizing student well-being and empowerment Requirements: Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or doctorate in Psychology Registered with the HCPC and own professional body Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs Clear and concise report writing, with experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team Ability to work independently, with strong leadership and communication skills Benefits: Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Exceptional reward package, including life assurance, pension scheme, and flexible benefits Opportunities for career growth and professional development A supportive and collaborative work environment, prioritizing employee well-being Why Join Us?
