You will be joining an established and experienced Memory Assessment and Treatment team to lead and support them as they work with service users and carers in a Recovery focused way.
The team works Mon- Fri, 9-5.You will be supported and encouraged to develop your leadership and management skills through supervision, working with management team colleagues and accessing Trust training programmes.
Main duties of the job Main duties post the post include: To provide both managerial and clinical support and supervision to the Team.
To engage in the wider Transformation agenda.
To provide Governance and reporting on performance and Key Performance Indicators.
Lead and manage the team on a day to day basis.
Monitor and manage the team's budget and resources effectively Contribute to the strategic development of the service, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, or HCPC registered Desirable Ongoing professional development working towards degree level Higher degree or post graduate certificate in area of clinical / therapeutic practice Post basic teaching qualification ILM certificate in management or equivalent Knowledge Essential Knowledge of medication and the monitoring of it's effects Build on / develop further knowledge of psychosocial Build on / develop further specialist knowledge of health promotion and recovery An understanding of the policies and guidelines both local and national National Institute for Clinical Excellence guidelines
