Job summary A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Leader /Deputy Ward Manager on the brand new, flagship Salus Ward - This is a rare opportunity!This opportunity would allow you to utilise your experience and skills on a flagship ward and create a space where you can expand the areas of nursing practice that you are passionate in.
Main duties of the job The role consist of:Assisting the Ward Manager in setting up standards, promoting change and developing nursing practice, supervision and audit.
Deputise for the manager in his absence.
Ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing care to all service users, in accordance with evidence based professional practice and trust policies.
