Clinical Team Lead - Specialist Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our Options Roxby House Adult Services in Scunthorpe.
This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of specialists to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for individuals with complex needs.
As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the therapy caseload, providing supervision and supporting a team of therapists.
You will also contribute to staff training and consultation, working closely with colleagues across the region.
This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, as well as experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
You will be part of a well-established and knowledgeable clinical network, with access to regular forums for peer reflection and practice development.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, plus a £3,000 welcome bonus and relocation package.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, psychotherapy or registered practitioner psychologist status with the HCPC.
You will also have experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team, as well as clear and concise report writing skills.
