Clinical Team Lead

Lead Clinician Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned education provider and make a positive impact on the lives of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of clinicians and provide supervision and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Develop and implement clinical strategies to meet the needs of our pupils, including those with complex profiles of need.
Work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead to ensure seamless integration of clinical services.
Hold a therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation.
Provide clear and concise report writing and contribute to the development of our Clinical Team.
About You: Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g.
HCPC, RCOT, RCSLT.
Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
