Clinical Team Lead

Job Summary: Copper Fields School, a specialist school for autistic young people in Cornwall, is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join their team.
As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for managing the therapy caseload and providing frontline management and leadership support.
About the Role: The successful candidate will have a recognized postgraduate degree in Clinical, Forensic or Educational Psychology and a proven track record of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
A full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle are also essential requirements.
