Job Overview Outcomes First Group, a renowned provider of special needs education, seeks an exceptional Clinical Team Coordinator to join their team at Kestrel House School in London.
About the Role This dynamic role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team.
As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with site colleagues to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need due to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team, ensuring seamless integration with site operations.
Develop and implement effective assessment and intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
Collaborate with the clinical network and growing Clinical Team to support staff training and consultation.
Work within the overall framework of service policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Education, Health Plan (EHCP) goals.
Deliver the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at universal, enhanced, and specialist levels to support wider teams in meeting pupils' needs.
Requirements To succeed in this role, you will require: A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or doctorate in Psychology.
Clear and concise report writing skills related to clinical and research activities.
Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Salary and Benefits The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
