Main duties of the job The successful post holder will be working as part of the Critical Care Team which comprises of a busy 9 bedded Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 10 bedded High Dependency Unit (HDU).
You will learn and develop skills that are fundamental to the Critical Care area with the expectation of rotating within ICU and HDU.

Job description Job responsibilities As a Clinical Support Worker, you will ensure patients receive a high quality of clinical care and a good patient experience.
We have a management team that is both innovative and proactive in ensuring that high quality care is delivered to our patients.Care Certificate Programme to be completed over a specified 6 months period, if not obtained prior to commencement.Undertake a range of delegated care duties deliver to deliver agreed plans of care.
Person Specification Qualifications Essential Evidence of a General Education GCSE's or equivalent Knowledge Essential Insight into role and responsibilities of post Understanding the requirements of patient confidentiality Able to describe the importance of delivering high quality care to patients Knowledge of Hospital Systems Experience Essential Customer Care Experience Experience working as part of a team Values Based Question Essential Give an example of a time where you have demonstrated a 'can do' attitude (including the situation you were in) and the outcome
