Be a Supervisor with Oasis To effect this much needed change, we are now recruiting a team of professional clinical supervisors to work across the Oasis family of organisations.

You will need to be a trained, with experience of supervising leaders and naturally passionate about the Oasis Vision, Ethos and the Oasis 9 Habits.
The workload will depend on those who would like this opportunity.
Here are some of the areas you could support Oasis leaders with: Reflective Practice Focus on clinical practice (including team dynamics, communication and personal coping) Professional development Improving support and care to staff and their service users.
Help as a skilled facilitator Qualifications • Professional Supervision Qualification • Educated to degree level or above Skills and Experience • Have an understanding and / or experience of leadership in education or housing, healthcare, Justice, youth system.
• Experience of supervising senior leaders in areas relevant to Oasis, see below.
• Experience of leading people and teams.
• Commitment to working within the Oasis ethos and 9 habits.
Location: Coaching will be online, but some training will be face to face, there is flexibility with locations.
Salary: £100 per session (including any session preparation).
Plus VAT if relevant.

More information on what we do at Oasis Education Our 52 Oasis Academies exist to provide exceptional education at the heart of our communities, serving 30,000 young people and their families Community We have 18 local charities – Oasis Hubs – that provide youth and family work, advice, crisis support, and spiritual care.
Our Hub Councils bring together volunteers and community Violence Reduction Projects Oasis run Violence Reduction Projects in London and Manchester offering one to one and group support to young people aged 10-25 years old impacted by violence.
These projects operate within A&E departments, custody suites, schools and community settings.
We also offer support to Parents and Carers that are concerned their child may be at risk- The PACS team offer one to one support, virtual support groups and also deliver Encounter, an 8 week online national program run by Oasis that is based on the principles of Non-Violent Resistance (NVR).
NVR is an innovative form of systemic family intervention, which has been developed for aggressive, violent, controlling and self-destructive behaviour in young people.
Housing Every year we work with 2,000 individuals on their journey out of homelessness in 17 projects across the country, including Gateshead and London.
Our housing work exists to reignite hope and a future for everyone facing homelessness.
We believe in prevention and intervention.
Our four cornerstones services – Basis, Home, Empower, Aspire – address the immediate needs of the people we support and tackle the root causes of homelessness.
We meet people where they are at and walk with them side by side, ensuring our support is tailored to each individual and led by the latest trauma-informed practice.
With services across Gateshead, Newcastle, London, South Tyneside and Sunderland.
Youth Justice Oasis Restore is a revolution in the criminal justice system, offering therapeutic, integrated, and bespoke support for the young people in its care.
Restore is ambitious for every young person and will plan pathways for transition into the community or into the wider custodial estate from the first day that young people arrive, revolutionising the way society rehabilitates young people, and restoring hope, while also making communities safer and cutting the cost of crime.
Oasis Restore has opened it's first Secure School based on international research which shows how smaller settings, high-quality education, and healthcare provision, plus a specialised workforce of teachers and youth workers are the key to successfully turning around the lives of young people in custody.
Restore will be home to up to 49 children at any one time and every young person will be enrolled in formal education or training and encouraged into further study or secure employment on release.
Young people will also be trained in workshops designed to give them the qualifications necessary to go straight into employment or further study on release.
Oasis 360 Mentoring Programme: Oasis 360 Mentoring Programme is about restoring hope and love.
The programme seeks to establish and maintain a new connection between young people with a reliable, trusted adult volunteer mentor, all while strengthening the existing relationships in a young person's life by positively engaging with their home, community and school networks.
The underlying belief of Oasis 360 Mentoring is that every child deserves at least one adult who is enthusiastic about them, and willing to go above and beyond to invest in and advance their interests to help them grow, develop, and reach their full potential.
The volunteer mentors, forge a strong personal connection with the young person, which enables them to take part in positive activities and commit to socially appropriate goals whilst improving developmental outcomes (e.g.
behaviour, emotional, well-being, academic attainment).
Mentoring takes place in the local community for at least an hour once a week for 18 months.
Stop the Traffik Since 2006, Oasis has been working to bring an end to human trafficking.
Stop The Traffik was formed in 2008 as part of the Oasis family.
