About the Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
As a key member of our clinical team, you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.
Located within Care First – Pheasey, Walsall area, this role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of key partners, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
You will be responsible for facilitating MDT working, collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.

This role comes with a competitive salary, estimated at £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a £3,000 welcome bonus.
The contract includes permanent employment, 52 weeks per annum, with 37.5 hours per week.
