We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and flexible candidate with great attention to detail who will support the Supply Chain Transformation Team.
You will be involved in the development and delivery of supply chain projects, systems deployment and stakeholder ground communications.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a career in project management.
As part of a small team you will contribute to the project life cycle from concept to close.

Main duties of the job Main Duties Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Transformation TeamAssist in the physical preparation of Stock holding areas- sorting, organising and labelling.Work with clinical departments to layout stores and implement Inventory Management systems.Work with the project team checking inventory using the Electronic Data Capture devices.Support the Data and Systems team when required.Investigate data /stock discrepancies, problem solving, and conveying information to Ward Managers.To offer specialist on the ground support for all queries relating to stock and systems hardware.Develop stakeholder relationships and support the new order processes.Support systems and process training for users.
The role will require some physical lifting of product and some weekend working may be required based on occasion.
