(subject to t's & c's)****Job Title: Adults Clinical Psychologist****Location: Care First – Pheasey, Walsall area, Birmingham - The Clinical Teamwill support the provision of services across a number of sites withinWalsall, Kings Norton and Walsall.
****Salary: up to £60,000 depending on experience plus £3000 Welcome Bonus****Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per annum, 37.5 hours per week****Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required**We're looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team whowill contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the adults wesupport.

**About the role**The post is located within Care First – Pheasey, Walsall area.
You will bejoining a new clinical team to facilitate MDT working, consisting of Speechand Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
The clinical team is embeddedinto the structure of the provision which enables positive and effectivemulti-disciplinary working across the education services, in order to maximiseclinical outcomes for the adults.
Outcomes First Group support the clinicalCPD in the North Region which facilitates supervision and trainingopportunities in order to deliver interventions that are strong in researchevidence base.You will be working within the overall framework of the service policies andprocedures and within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures tosupport the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.Our clinical teams help to develop empowering environments where our adultscan flourish.

* Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
* Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists * Previous experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities * Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners * Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively * Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting * Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children.
* Experience of lecturingteachingtraining * Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car * Skills in the management of data are also important as the role includes collecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of service delivery, development and project work.For further information on this role please refer the Job Description andPerson Specification attached.
