Clinical Pharmacist - Prison Service Full Time/Permanent position Monday - Friday over 37.5 hours Isle of Wight - Isle of Wight £55,000 to £61,000 + Attractive Benefits package Remit Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading healthcare provider in their search for a Clinical Pharmacist to work within their Prison healthcare service located on the Isle of Wight.

The provider is currently searching for an experienced Pharmacist to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in overseeing the medicines management service across their prison site based on the Isle of Wight.
You will be responsible for promoting patient-centred clinical practice overseeing medication reviews and reconciliation, as well as ensuring service is provided in a timely manner.

Requirements - Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm
- GPHC Registration
- Passion for high quality care.
- Motivated individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- High sense of personal responsibility.
Location This role will be based on the Isle of Wight, with accessibility to the site from anywhere on the island.
