Do you want to gain experience in a Hospital Pharmacy environment?Due to the launch of new services and an increase in patient activity we have an exciting opportunity for a motived Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team.
You will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team and will support the Pharmacy team in providing an outstanding pharmacy service, to both inpatient and outpatients.This role is ideally suited to a Clinical Pharmacist who is completely patient focused, with excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Main duties of the job As a Clinical Pharmacist you will:Provide a high level of individualised packages of pharmaceutical care to both inpatients and outpatients.
Conduct clinical screening of prescriptions prior to dispensing.
Conduct and support medicines reconciliations.
Check accuracy of prescriptions after dispensing.
Dispense prescriptions in an accurate and timely manner.
