We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a growing team in Blackpool .

Key Responsibilities: Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to GP practices across the Blackpool area.
Conduct medication reviews and optimize treatment plans for patients.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and staff training initiatives.
Offer direct patient consultations for medication-related advice and support.
Essential Requirements: GPhC registered pharmacist.
Experience in clinical pharmacy, with a preference for primary care experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
