A lovely pharmacy practice is seeing a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join their team in Cornwall, starting in January 2024.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines for patients.
Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical care and medication management to healthcare professionals.
Conduct medication reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Administer vaccinations and provide immunization services as part of patient care.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medication records in line with regulatory requirements.
Provide education and support to patients regarding medication use and vaccination schedules.
Essential Requirements: GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
