We are looking for an experienced registered health professional working in theatres/cath labs or with equivalent experience in project management to improve our clinical pathways and productivity within cardiac theatres and cath labs.
This is an exciting opportunity for career development and to gain experience of delivering theatre and cath lab improvement projects.The right person will have experience in, or a demonstrable passion for delivery and leadership, with a track record of transformation and clinical pathway improvement.
Working alongside the Operational Managers for Cardiac, Clinical Teams and Nursing leads they will provide compassionate and robust leadership with a problem-solving approach to service improvement in a multidisciplinary environment.This is initially a 2 month fixed term position.
Would consider part-time secondments also.
The Clinical Pathway Improvement Manager will provide strong professional leadership and high-level project management skills to the Cardiac Theatre and Cath Lab team for Bristol Cardiac Services, to enable system wide change to support delivery of improvement to patient pathways, efficiency and productivity within the Cardiac Theatre and Cath Lab patient pathways.The key responsibility is to ensure that the patient experience is of the highest quality, inspiring patient and public confidence.
This will be achieved with leading and supporting transformation programmes and projects, and targeting tangible improvements in patient experience, clinical outcomes, productivity and benefits.
