Job summary An exciting opportunityhas arisen for a clinical nurse specialist to join the specialist menopause are proud to be a modern, patient focused clinic providing excellent specialist menopause care.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role may suit an experienced Primary care nurse who is looking to build upon their menopause skills and knowledge.
The role will be based at St Cadocs Hospital, Caerleon, it will be 9-hour day which will also include admin time.
Main duties of the job Other duties will include providing menopause awareness sessions for staff members within ABUHB and to the wider community.
There will also be the opportunity to undertake training in cognitive behavioural therapy and provide this in group setting.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Clinical duties will include running a clinic independently which will include complex cases, including after cancer and those with primary ovarian insufficiency.
Training and support will be provided.
