Clinical Nurse Specialist - Breast
London, Canary Wharf/Old Broad Street
Full time – 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) Salary: Competitive + Fantastic Benefits We're looking for an experienced Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Breast CNS team, working across Canary Wharf and Old Broad Street one stop breast service, new cancer diagnosis.
The Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist will work with the Breast surgeons, Oncologists and forms part of the wider Breast CNS team.
As a Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist, we'll look to you to provide a high-quality cancer nursing service to patients throughout their diagnosis and treatment.
You'll be an advocate for the patient, providing specialist nursing advice and emotional support, while also educating them on treatment pathway, ensuring they have everything they need to make informed decisions about their care.
Day-to-day, this will involve working closely with patients and their families, but also Physicians and the wider MDT team to ensure a superb patient experience and continuity of care.
What you'll bring: Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registrationSignificant post-registration clinical experienceConsiderable post registration experience in an acute hospital setting within Breast Cancer CareMaster's degree (or working towards) in relevant field/or equivalent/higher post graduate qualificationWhy HCA UK?
