This is a full-time day role, based in a well-equipped hospital environment.*Key Highlights*:• Serve as Team Leader for the referral Registered Veterinary Nurses• Oversee a team of 15 veterinary nurses and care assistants• Clinical and management responsibilities in wards and theatre• 40-hour work week with weekends and shared bank holidays included• Active involvement in meetings, appraisals, and staff development*Overview*:The practice is seeking an experienced *Registered Veterinary Nurse* to lead a referral nursing team. You will be responsible for managing a busy hospital environment, providing support across two main areas – wards and theatre.This is a hands-on clinical role that also involves managerial duties, including appraisals and meetings. The position is suited to someone with strong leadership skills, clinical confidence, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
