Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of nurses, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
* Act as a clinical lead, providing expert advice and guidance on patient care and clinical practices.
* Assist the Manager with day-to-day operational tasks, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Support with recruitment, training, and development of staff.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
* Foster a positive and supportive working environment for both patients and staff.
* Monitor patient care quality, implementing improvements where necessary.
What We're Looking For: * Registered Nurse (RN) with active NMC registration.
* Proven experience in a clinical leadership role or Deputy Manager position.
* Strong clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of nursing practices.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Compassionate and dedicated, with a passion for providing the highest standards of care.
* Ability to manage and support staff effectively, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
