Globally recognised for its exceptional client care and top-tier lawyers, the firm is expanding its Healthcare Team and is now looking to appoint an experienced Associate/Solicitor.
You will work alongside an established team, handling a variety of cases across all aspects of Clinical Negligence and Health Litigation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE with experience in Clinical Negligence.
With a steady flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution, the firm seeks a motivated, technically skilled lawyer with the ambition to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Your role will involve managing a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work, representing a variety of clients, including NHS Resolution, MDU, independent providers, and medical malpractice insurers.
