As the Medical Negligence department expands, the firm seeks an experienced Solicitor / Lawyer who is ready to step up into a Senior Associate position.
In this role, you'll manage a challenging caseload, handling cases from initial client instruction through to completion of multi-track cases.
You will manage the entire process, including pre-action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims and be familiar with all aspects of investigation and litigation.
Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable, as you will guide and supervise junior colleagues.
