You will handle all claims from inception to completion.
Reporting to the head of department, you will handle a full caseload of clinical negligence claims.What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with previous experience handling your own caseload of claimant or defendant clinical negligence matters.
