Clinical Mental Health Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group.
Salary £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Practitioner Psychologist to deliver bespoke assessment, consultation, and intervention plans for adults.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a small caseload, contributing to staff training and consultation, and striving for excellence in caring for vulnerable adults.
Main Responsibilities: Hold a small caseload of adult clients and develop individualized assessment, consultation, and intervention plans Contribute to staff training and consultation to promote best practice and shared learning Engage in reflective practice to continuously improve service delivery Requirements: Doctoral level degree in Psychology Experience of working with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism Skills in managing data and maintaining accurate records Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle What We Offer We offer a rewarding package that includes life assurance, pension scheme, and wellbeing support.
