We are now looking to welcome a qualified nurse to join our team as our Clinical Manager.
This is a 40-hour a week, Monday to Friday role, and pays up to £55,000 per annum.
Provide oversight of clinical governance and lead the care and nursing team Conduct supervision, appraisals, and training of clinical and care staff to ensure the delivery of outstanding levels of care Implement and support the provider's distinctive care model by effectively allocating resources Act as the deputy for the home manager during their absence, contributing to continuous improvements in the home Provide RGN cover when needed.
You will need: Nursing leadership skills with a proven track record of leading care and nursing teams Experience in residential nursing home settings catering to the elderly and individuals with dementia, or relevant healthcare settings focusing on elderly patients Proficient IT skills, including experience using care planning software Nursing qualification (RGN) with an active PIN Benefits include: Competitive base salary of up to £55,000 per annum.
