We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a developing care provider based in South Wales. This role involves supporting the Registered Manager in the running of a 48-bed nursing home providing dementia, general elderly, and complex care needs.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the management of the home as required. Supporting and training clinical staff. Ensuring clinical compliance of the home. We are looking for someone who has:
3+ years in a clinical lead/deputy management role. A good understanding of CIW and care standards. Experience in care planning and assessments. Leadership experience.
