Undertake the collection of pathological specimens.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Support the team with clinical emergencies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Supervise and line manage Paramedic Practitioner, (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) and GP Assistants, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Ensure the clinic is well-organised and that all equipment is maintained in good working order.

The Clinical Lead Paramedic Practitioner (PP) or Advanced NursePractitioner (ANP) has been assessed as competent in practice using theirexpert clinical knowledge and skills.
They have the freedom and authority toact and make autonomous decisions in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment ofpatients.
ThePP/ANP provides an opportunity for patients to receive timely care and negateunnecessarily delay in receiving treatment and without the need to refer to aGP.
