Job Description We are seeking a Lead Clinician & Occupational Therapist to join our team, responsible for managing a therapy caseload and contributing to staff training and consultation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with developing independence skills, travel, healthy relationships, interception, and life skills.
You will be working closely with our well-established clinical network and growing Clinical Team to deliver the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced, and specialist level.
This will involve supporting our wider teams in meeting the needs of pupils with EHCPs.
As part of Outcomes First Group, you will be joining a renowned organization with a reputation for quality and positive outcomes.
You will be expected to hold a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
The successful candidate will also need to possess excellent report writing skills, particularly in relation to clinical and research activities.
Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team is essential, along with a full UK valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
