Job Description Clinical Lead Nurse Hourly Rate: £23 Full-Time Hours, mixture of clinical and supernumerary hours.

Our client, a respected care provider for older adults, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join their dynamic team.
This role offers a blend of clinical and supernumerary hours, allowing you to make a difference while developing your leadership expertise in a supportive and rewarding environment.
As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding care for residents, including those with dementia and general nursing needs.
Working closely with the management team, you'll balance hands-on clinical care with operational responsibilities, contributing to the smooth running of the nursing home.
What we're looking for: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
Proven experience in a nursing home setting, with senior-level responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of dementia care and general nursing for older adults.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Supervise and mentor the nursing team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Lead on care planning and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and best practice standards.
Act as a role model for excellent clinical practice and compassionate care.
Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
