We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our nursing home in London. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of nursing care, clinical practice, and quality assurance within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for our residents. The home itself is a large 100+ bedded home and specializes in elderly and dementia care. Currently, the service has a CQC rating of Good.
Qualifications and Experience:Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.Advanced qualifications in nursing or healthcare management are desirable.Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or clinical management role within a care home or similar environment.Demonstrated experience in clinical quality assurance and a solid understanding of CQC standards.Proven ability to lead and inspire a nursing team to deliver high-quality care.Schedule:Day shift
