Puro are working with a developing care provider to recruit a passionate registered nurse to join a dementia-focused nursing home in Ammanford. This service is respected in the area for their standards of care and forward-thinking dementia care! The Registered Manager is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with some leadership experience as a clinical lead or deputy manager to help support them in the day-to-day running of the home and staff management. The Clinical Lead Nurse will also oversee clinical compliance, medication management, changes in care plans, development of clinical care, and staff training.
