As a Clinical Lead at Telford Hall your role will involve: To take the lead in ensuring outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times.
Offer supervision support and training to Nurse and Care Assistant colleagues whilst at the same time ensuring at all times a safe caring stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors.
Applicants should be dedicated proactive and trustworthy RGN's or RMN's with proven supervisory experience and either experience of or a keen interest in working in a nursing home environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others.
Qualified Nurse with NMC registration.
