Our brand new contemporary and cutting edge Care Home located in Wimborne is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead on a permanent basis with contracts for up to 40 hours.

Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable.

· Motivated to support and direct clinical team members to continually improve and develop their own personal skills and knowledge.

*What to Expect:* As Clinical Lead, you will review, manage and monitor care plans and medication records.
You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed, and appropriate professional support is provided to senior staff and team leaders.
